Warranty exclusions

Damage

Your warranty does not extend to the following:

Damage caused by accident, misuse, 1.

neglect, re, theft or moving objects striking

the buggy.

Damage caused by industrial fallout, 2.

chemicals or sealants.

Damage caused by atmospheric fallout or 3.

ood, hail, salt etc

Damage caused to batteries by over 4.

discharging due to excessive use, or

sulphation due to leaving in a discharged

state for prolonged periods

Damage caused by overheating due to 5.

inadequate ventilation during charging

Indirect, incidental or consequential 6.

Misuse

This warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by:

Misuse or abuse of the Shadow Caddy8.

Operation of the Shadow Caddy after the 9.

defect is known

Failure to carry out proper maintenance 10.

Alteration of the Shadow Caddy by anyone 11.

who is not authorised by Shadow Caddy

by anyone else except by the purchaser or

Fair wear and tear

Items such as the chassis, nose cone bulkhead,

main body and wheels which are subject to

wear and tear are not covered by the warranty

Insurance

We strongly recommend that the owner obtain

independent insurance.
